I am a Registered Dietitian serving Calgary, Alberta, and its surrounding communities.

I am super passionate about women’s health, with a focus on PCOS management. I strive to help you reverse your PCOS symptoms and improve your insulin resistance through nutrition and lifestyle, by removing the confusion and providing solutions that are not overly restrictive
